Abdominoplasty before and after
Before :
Visiting a specialist who knows the consequences and possible complications of abdominoplasty is an important task before surgery in Iran. For example, the doctor may tell you to stop smoking and stop taking blood thinners like aspirin for best results.
After:
Avoid heavy lifting;
Reduce salt intake for two weeks after abdominoplasty;
Eat fruits, especially pineapple, as well as fish and shrimp;
Wear loose clothing so as not to spoil the outfit;
Use pain relievers under a doctor’s supervision to reduce pain during the first three days after surgery;
Sleep and rest – but not on the stomach – for 2 weeks after surgery. When you sleep, you should raise your head about 30 to 40 degrees and turn your legs towards your stomach.
